本隐私政策说明 Hi 小智如何处理信息。Hi 小智是用于连接小智 AI 服务的客户端，支持语音对话、图片识别、服务配置和诊断工具。

我们处理的信息

  • 语音与音频：当你使用语音对话、按住说、实时对话或唤醒词功能时，应用可能处理音频数据。
  • 文本与聊天内容：你输入的文字、语音转写文本、AI 回复和聊天记录。
  • 图片或视频帧：你主动选择的相册图片，或使用摄像头识别时的当前画面。
  • 设备与连接配置：设备 ID、Client ID、OTA 地址、WebSocket 地址、Vision 地址、Token 和诊断信息。
  • 自定义内容：你导入的自定义表情图片或 GIF。

信息如何使用

这些信息仅用于提供语音对话、图片识别、服务连接、配置保存、诊断排查和聊天记录功能。我们不会将这些信息用于广告追踪。

信息存储与传输

聊天记录、配置和自定义表情通常保存在你的设备本地。为了完成对话或识别，请求内容可能会发送到你配置的小智服务器、Vision 服务或 Demo 服务。若你使用自建服务器，服务器的数据处理由你或服务器运营者负责；若你使用开发者提供的公共或 Demo 服务，该服务会按本政策处理相关请求数据。

第三方服务

应用可能使用 iOS 系统能力和你配置的 AI / Xiaozhi 服务完成语音识别、语音播放、WebSocket 通信和视觉识别。第三方或自建服务的隐私实践取决于对应服务提供者。

你的选择

  • 你可以在 App 内清空聊天记录。
  • 你可以在设置中重置 OTA、WebSocket、Vision 和 Token 配置。
  • 你可以在 iOS 系统设置中关闭麦克风、相机、照片、语音识别或局域网权限。
  • 你可以通过“用户隐私”页面提交访问、更正或删除请求。

儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童单独使用。若未成年人使用，请由家长或监护人配置和监督。

This Privacy Policy explains how Hi Xiaozhi handles information. Hi Xiaozhi is a client for Xiaozhi AI services with voice chat, image recognition, service configuration, and diagnostics.

Information We Process

  • Voice and audio: Audio may be processed when you use voice chat, press-to-talk, realtime conversation, or wake word features.
  • Text and chat content: Text you type, speech transcription, AI replies, and chat history.
  • Images or video frames: Photos you choose from your library or current camera frames used for recognition.
  • Device and connection configuration: Device ID, client ID, OTA URL, WebSocket URL, Vision URL, tokens, and diagnostic information.
  • Custom content: Custom emoji images or GIFs you import.

How We Use Information

The information is used only to provide voice chat, image recognition, service connection, configuration storage, troubleshooting, and chat history features. We do not use this information for advertising tracking.

Storage and Transmission

Chat history, configuration, and custom emojis are generally stored locally on your device. To complete conversations or recognition, request content may be sent to the Xiaozhi server, Vision service, or demo service you configure. If you use a self-hosted server, data processing is controlled by you or that server operator. If you use a developer-provided public or demo service, that service processes request data under this policy.

Third-Party Services

The app may use iOS system capabilities and the AI / Xiaozhi services you configure to provide speech recognition, voice playback, WebSocket communication, and image recognition. Privacy practices of third-party or self-hosted services depend on the relevant service provider.

Your Choices

  • You can clear chat history in the app.
  • You can reset OTA, WebSocket, Vision, and token configuration in Settings.
  • You can disable Microphone, Camera, Photos, Speech Recognition, or Local Network permissions in iOS Settings.
  • You can submit access, correction, or deletion requests through the Privacy Choices page.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 for independent use. If a minor uses the app, a parent or guardian should configure and supervise it.
